The Jack McGovern Coats’ Disease Foundation was established in 2006 and has since become the preeminent resource for Coats’ Disease patients and families. The Foundation’s mission is to raise funds to support research to find a cure, raise awareness, expand patient resources and offer all Coats’ Disease patients hope and improvements as they wage a lifelong battle against Coats’ Disease and blindness.
