Help Jack's Fight Against Coats' Disease
Our son, Jack, was recently diagnosed with Coats' Disease, a rare condition that threatens his vision in his right eye. Unfortunately, there is no known cure for this condition. Jack has already undergone two complex procedures, and he will likely need more in the future to prevent further damage to his vision. Despite these efforts, there is still a possibility that he may lose sight in his right eye completely.
We are raising funds for the Jack McGovern Coats' Foundation, which is dedicated to advancing research in hopes of finding a cure for this devastating disease. Your support can make a meaningful difference in Jack's life and in the lives of others affected by Coats' Disease.
